• All fees are negotiable and therefore nonrefundable.

• It is recommended that you send us a copy of your synopsis/questions at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. There will be time to ask any additional questions you may have during your session.

• Unless otherwise stated, all sessions are conducted via phone, Skype, or FaceTime. Phone sessions include a complimentary audio recording of your session.*

• If for any reason you need to reschedule your session please contact us as soon as possible.
